Acceptance and scope
By using this website or booking Signal Framecore, you accept these terms. Our service provides general relocation recommendations, planning support and links to public information. It is not immigration, legal, tax, medical, employment-placement or financial advice. No outcome involving visas, housing, schools, employment or public authorities is guaranteed.
Engagement and payment
A paid engagement begins only after we confirm scope in writing and receive the stated fee. Website prices are informational and may change before confirmation. You must provide accurate, relevant information and must not send unnecessary sensitive identifiers.
Client responsibilities
You remain responsible for checking official requirements, meeting deadlines and deciding whether to act on recommendations. Where a regulated matter arises, you should instruct a suitably qualified professional. Third-party providers are independent and their work is governed by their own terms.
Intellectual property
Website text, visual identity and original consultation materials belong to Signal Framecore. You may use a personal relocation roadmap within your household but may not sell, publish or systematically reproduce it without written permission. Your own documents remain yours.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Signal Framecore is not liable for indirect loss, lost opportunity, authority decisions, third-party delays or changes to public requirements. Our aggregate liability for a paid engagement is limited to the fee paid for that engagement, except where liability cannot legally be limited, including fraud or wilful misconduct.
Availability and termination
We may suspend website access or terminate an engagement for abuse, unlawful requests, non-payment or a breakdown in the working relationship. Fees for completed work remain payable. Cancellation rights are described in the refund policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Courts with lawful jurisdiction may hear disputes. Before formal proceedings, both sides should attempt in good faith to resolve the matter by email.
