1 · A short fit call
We begin with a free 20-minute conversation. You share your destination, likely dates and the decisions causing the most friction. We explain which engagement fits, what falls outside our role and whether timing allows useful preparation.
2 · A household picture
Once booked, you receive a concise questionnaire. It asks about work or study routes, children, housing status, language confidence, pets and the accompanying spouse’s priorities. We do not ask for passport numbers, financial records or medical details.
3 · The planning table
In the main consultation, we put dependencies in order. A school question may depend on the district; a registration task may depend on housing; a spouse’s work plan may begin with language or recognition research. Naming those links keeps one delay from making the whole move feel stuck.
4 · A written map
Your summary is practical rather than decorative. It records decisions, dates, official starting points, named responsibilities and questions to take to regulated professionals. Each item belongs to a stage: before departure, first week, first month or settling in.
5 · Adjustments after reality arrives
Follow-up sessions account for changed work dates, appointment availability, housing outcomes and family energy. The aim is not a perfect checklist. It is a sequence your household can still use when circumstances move.
