Data we collect and why
We collect contact details, enquiry text, chosen service and likely move month to reply, assess fit and prepare a requested engagement. During paid work, we may keep scheduling, invoice and consultation notes. We ask clients not to provide passport numbers, bank credentials, medical records or unrelated sensitive data.
We process enquiry and service data to take steps at your request and perform our agreement. We process essential cookie-choice storage and basic security records for legitimate operational interests. Optional analytics, if introduced, require consent.
Retention
Unconverted enquiries are normally deleted after 12 months. Consultation notes and correspondence are normally kept for three years after completion so we can answer service questions; invoices are kept for the period required by applicable accounting law. We delete or anonymise data when its purpose and legal retention period end.
Sharing and international transfers
We use service providers for hosting, email and secure document storage only as needed. We do not sell personal data. Because clients may contact us from Thailand and providers may operate internationally, data can cross borders. Where required, we use contractual safeguards or another recognised transfer mechanism and assess provider protections.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw consent without affecting earlier processing. You may also complain to a competent data-protection authority. We may need to verify a request without collecting excessive identity data.
Security and children
We use proportionate access controls and collect only what is needed, but no online transmission is risk-free. Adults should submit enquiries. Please discuss children’s circumstances without sending identification documents unless a separately agreed, secure process requires them.
