About the practice

Two homes can belong in one family story

Meet Signal Framecore and our practical, culturally attentive approach to relocation from Thailand to Germany.

Why Signal Framecore exists

A family move is usually described through documents and departure dates. The lived version is broader: a spouse leaves familiar work and friendships, children meet a new school rhythm, grandparents stay an ocean away, and ordinary tasks suddenly require unfamiliar German vocabulary.

Signal Framecore was founded to help Thai-connected households hold those practical and personal threads in one plan. Our work does not replace immigration counsel. It gives families a calm place to sequence decisions, prepare better questions and notice the transition needs that administrative checklists miss.

Your consultant

Mali Reinhardt, relocation adviser has supported international households in Berlin since 2018, after managing community orientation programmes for Southeast Asian newcomers. Her working languages are English, Thai and German. She combines familiarity with Thai family expectations and day-to-day German systems, while referring legal, tax and mental-health questions to qualified independent practitioners.

How we work

We listen before making a list. Every recommendation must connect to your destination, move date, household roles and actual capacity. We distinguish official requirements from useful customs, and urgent decisions from tasks that only feel urgent because they are unfamiliar.

Our values are clarity, cultural humility and honest boundaries. We do not promise visa outcomes, apartments or instant belonging. We do promise to explain our scope, cite official starting points and say when another professional is the right person to call.
